Bridge days set by Government decision

The days off set by Government Decision for a year — usually bridge days attached to a public holiday. They generally apply only to public sector staff: aplicabil_la says to whom, and se_recupereaza whether the day must be made up through extended hours.

Public holidays, which apply to everyone, are at /sarbatori?an=.

How it behaves

  • The days off set by Government decision for a year — usually bridge days attached to a public holiday, such as the Friday after 1 May.
  • A separate route from /sarbatori?an= because it is a different legal instrument with a different scope: holidays come from art. 139 of the Labour Code and apply to everyone, bridge days come from Government decisions and generally only to public-sector staff.
  • aplicabil_la says whom it applies to. A bridge day with aplicabil_la: "bugetari" is NOT a day off in a private company — and every bridge day recorded so far is of that kind.
  • se_recupereaza shows whether the day must be made up through extended hours, which the decisions usually provide.
  • An empty list for a future year is to be expected; for the current year it only means no decision has been recorded yet — a government decision can set bridge days during the year too. Where the legal act is not identified, act_normativ is null and the note says so.
