The characteristics in the new-enterprise survey

The 26 characteristics, with the measure, the unit and the categories of each — plus which are distributions summing to 100, which allow multiple answers and which have no categories at all.

This route accepts no query parameters.

How it behaves

The characteristics published in the survey of newly created enterprises, each with its measure, unit, categories and the years it appears in.
The fields say up front how each one reads: suma_categoriilor: 100 marks the distributions; raspuns_multiplu marks the two difficulty ones, with their measured real sum; and fara_categorii lists the six context indicators, which have no categories at all.
⚠️ The unit comes from measurement, not from the source label: INT111E declares "Procente" for the average number of employees, and INT111C writes "EURO" for GDP in PPP as well.

What it is for

Finding the right characteristic and category before requesting the series.
Checking what kind a characteristic is, so it is not read as a distribution when it is not.

data.lista[].denumire string The name, exactly as the source publishes it.

data.lista[].masura string The measure reported — what the value actually counts or sums.

data.lista[].unitate string Unit of measure of the values. Read it before plotting or summing them.

data.lista[].pana_la integer End of the covered interval, inclusive.

data.lista[].categorii[].categorie string Category in the source classification.

data.lista[].categorii[].denumire string The name, exactly as the source publishes it.

data.lista[].suma_categoriilor integer Present only on distributions: their categories sum to 100.

data.fara_categorii array The six characteristics that are context indicators.

data.nota_multiplu string

data.nota_unitati string What to know about the units of measure in the response.

meta.sursa string The official source the data comes from, with its licence where one is required.

meta.nota_regiuni string A note on how to read the response: a caveat, a convention or a limit of the source.

data.lista[].raspuns_multiplu Present on the two difficulty characteristics.

data.lista[].suma_reala What they actually sum to, measured per region and year.

meta.fara_date data is null and this says why. The projection over the INS data is empty.

meta.fara_date_cod The short, STABLE word for the reason, for clients that branch on it in code: fara_date is prose and may be rephrased, this is not.

Error codes

403	feature_indisponibil	`financiar.indici` is not in the current plan.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
