Industrial index nomenclature

The activities of each indicator, with their level in the source's mixed hierarchy and the years published, plus the variants specific to each indicator — the adjustments for production, the markets for turnover and for new orders. The code lists differ between indicators (46 positions for production, 37 for turnover, 38 for productivity, 19 for new orders), which is why they are given together rather than assumed.

How it behaves

  • Each indicator's activities, with their level in the hierarchy and the years published, plus the variants specific to each — adjustments for output, markets for turnover and new orders.
  • Nomenclatures differ between indicators — 46 positions for output, 38 for productivity, 37 for turnover, 19 for new orders — which is why they are given together rather than assumed.
  • ⚠️ The list published by the source mixes four levels: total, CAEN section, aggregate and Main Industrial Grouping (MIG), plus the divisions. nivel separates them; summed, they are counted several times over.

What it is for

  • Finding the right slug for the chosen indicator before requesting the series.
  • Checking an activity's level, so it is not summed with others from a different level.

data.indicatori[].variante array The values of that parameter, or null when the indicator has no dimension of its own.

data.indicatori[].activitati[].denumire string The name, exactly as the source publishes it.
data.indicatori[].activitati[].cerere.caen string The CAEN code to send in caen for this key.
data.indicatori[].activitati[].nivel string Level in the classification hierarchy — the deeper, the more detailed.
data.indicatori[].activitati[].de_la integer Start of the covered interval.
data.indicatori[].activitati[].pana_la integer End of the covered interval, inclusive.
data._meta.nota string A note on how to read the data — a pitfall, a convention or a limit of the source.
meta.sursa string The official source the data comes from, with its licence where one is required.
meta.nota_normalizare string A note on how to read the response: a caveat, a convention or a limit of the source.
meta.fara_date data is null and this says why. The projection over INS data is empty.
meta.fara_date_cod The short, STABLE word for the reason, for clients that branch on it in code: fara_date is prose and may be rephrased, this is not.

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
