Gross minimum wage series

The gross minimum wage, with the Government Decision that set it for each period, in descending order.

⚠️ It is more than a reference figure: the thresholds for the self-employed are defined as multiples of the minimum wage, so they move with it even when the law does not change. That is why /calcul/independenti/contributii always says which minimum wage it used.

How it behaves

  • The gross national minimum wage, most recent first, with the government decision that set it for each period. Coverage from 2020.
  • ⚠️ It is more than a reference figure: the contribution thresholds for the self-employed are defined as multiples of the minimum wage — 6, 12 and 24 — so they move with it even when the law does not change. That is why /calcul/independenti/contributii always states which minimum wage it used and which decision it comes from.
  • The personal deduction rests on it too, being a percentage of the minimum wage.

  • Recalculating a contract indexed to the minimum wage.
  • Checking contribution thresholds for a given year.
  • The history of minimum wage increases, each with its legal basis.

meta.sursa string The official source the data comes from, with its licence where one is required.
meta.de_verificat integer Which values used are not legally confirmed. Empty means all are.
meta.nota_acoperire string Why the total is a lower bound, in prose. meta.total_e_limita_de_jos is the word to switch on in code.
meta.fara_date data is null and this says why. The quote exists at the source, but our import is behind; the response says how far our data goes. The requested range falls entirely outside the series.
meta.fara_date_cod The short, STABLE word for the reason, for clients that branch on it in code: fara_date is prose and may be rephrased, this is not.
