Coverage of the fiscal data
Which period each set covers, what is missing, and how many values are flagged de_verificat.
This route is the honesty of the zone. Taxation is the only part of the platform where an old value does not mean old data but a salary computed wrongly — so whoever uses it must be able to find out for themselves, without asking anyone, what is unconfirmed and what gaps exist.

How it behaves
- What period each set covers, what gaps exist and how many values are flagged
de_verificat. - This route is the honesty of the area. Taxation is the one part of the platform where a stale value does not mean stale data but a wrongly calculated salary. Whoever uses it must be able to find out for themselves, without asking anyone, what is unconfirmed and where the gaps are.
- The gaps known today, all listed in the response:
plafon_microstops at 31.12.2024; the income norms are not populated; and the graduated band of the personal deduction (income between the minimum wage and the minimum wage plus 2,000 lei) has not been transcribed, so a calculation falling in it refuses explicitly instead of assuming zero. - Today unconfirmed values: four in the shared registry (21% VAT, the micro ceiling, the VAT threshold, the 2026 minimum wage — these belong to the Business module and are tracked there) and three of eight sectoral reliefs, the agri-food ones. The personal deduction grid is no longer among them: it has been transcribed in full from the official legislative portal.

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
