Balance sheets for non-financial assets

What each institutional sector owns, at net value, annually since 2000 — plus inventories, which appear nowhere else in the module and which sit outside fixed assets.

How it behaves

  • The balance sheets for non-financial assets by institutional sector — 960 values, annually from 2000 to 2023, from TEMPO matrix CON115A. Eight net assets × five sectors, at current prices.
  • The only place in the module where inventories appear (stocuri, N12N). ⚠️ They sit outside fixed assets and do not enter total — the series marks them with in_afara_totalului.
  • ⚠️ Households and non-profit institutions are a single column here, unlike /financiar/v1/conturi-integrate where they stand apart. Same sectors, different breakdown.
  • ✅ economia_totala = the sum of the four internal sectors: 24 of 24.
  • ✅ total = buildings + machinery + biological resources + intellectual property, and constructii = dwellings + other buildings, both 120 of 120.
  • For the same capital broken down by branch rather than sector: /financiar/v1/capital-fix/stoc.

What it is for

  • The non-financial wealth of general government, over a long series.
  • How much of the country's capital sits with households and how much with corporations.
  • Inventories by sector — the only series of its kind in the module.

data.serii[].in_afara_totalului Present on stocuri: inventories are not fixed capital and do not enter total.
meta.fara_date string data is null and this says why. The projection over the INS data is empty. As on the other series.
meta.fara_date_cod string The short, STABLE word for the reason, for clients that branch on it in code: fara_date is prose and may be rephrased, this is not.
