ONRC time series

The monthly trend of an indicator, optionally for a single key (cheie=Cluj or cod=54984). Without a key, it returns the national total.

For flux_cumulat indicators, every point also carries valoare_luna — the difference from the previous month of the same year. It is null wherever it cannot be computed honestly: in the first month of the series, or across a missing month.

How it behaves

  • The monthly series of an indicator, for one key (cheie=Cluj or cod=127) or, with no key, for the whole country. Trim the interval with de_la and pana_la, written as YYYY-MM.
  • For cumulative indicators, valoare_luna is usually the figure you want on a chart: the difference from the previous month. It is never invented where it cannot be derived — if a month is missing from the series, the next point carries valoare_luna: null rather than a difference spanning two months.
  • With dimensiune=forma the series belongs to a legal form (cheie=SRL, PFA, II…), summed across counties. The source breaks incorporations down by legal form only in the county sheet, so this breakdown exists for incorporations alone.

  • Comparing two counties or two activities on the same indicator.
  • Feeding an economic dashboard with official series.

puncte[].valoare number The published value. For flux_cumulat indicators this is the cumulative total since 1 January, not the month alone.
puncte[].valoare_an_anterior number|null The same period a year earlier, as the source publishes it. null where the bulletin omits it.
puncte[].valoare_luna number|null The month own value, computed as the difference from the previous month of the same year. Present only for flux_cumulat. It is null wherever it cannot honestly be computed: in the first month of the series, or across a missing month.

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
