Query parameters

anoptional integer | null The year of the financing contract. e.g. 2023e.g. 2024

beneficiaroptional string | null Text from the beneficiary name. e.g. MUNICIPIUL CLUJ-NAPOCA

judetoptional string | null Beneficiary county filter. The name with or without diacritics and the car-plate code all work and all return the SAME result: Cluj, cluj, CJ, Argeș, B. An unknown county returns 422, not an empty list. ⚠️ It filters on the normalised county, not on the raw text in data[].judet: the 310 rows whose "county" is a region, a town or a list of counties cannot be attributed to a single one and match no filter. max 64 car.

programoptional string | null The financing programme, spelled as the source writes it (e.g. "1 - Economic and Social Development"). e.g. FAMI

How it behaves

Search across EU funding: by beneficiary, programme, year. The base covers tens of thousands of grants from the open-data portals.

What it is for

Finding grants from a specific programme or year.
Checking a partner's history as a beneficiary.
Analysing absorption by programme, for reporting.

data[].program string | null The funding programme.

data[].beneficiar string The funding beneficiary.

data[].cui integer | null The tax ID.

data[].judet string The county exactly as the SOURCE writes it, untransformed. ⚠️ This is not a nomenclature: the same column also holds development regions, towns and lists of counties — 184 distinct values for 42 counties. Use the judet parameter for filtering; it works on the normalised form.

data[].titlu string The project title.

data[].an integer The reference year.

data[].data_semnare string The signing date.

data[].suma number The total amount.

data[].suma_ue number | null The share funded from European funds.

data[].moneda string The currency of the amount.

meta.paginare.pagina integer Current page, counted from 1.

meta.paginare.per_pagina integer How many records a page holds.

meta.paginare.total integer Total matching records, beyond the current page.

meta.paginare.pagini integer How many pages the list has.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
422	validare	An undeclared parameter or a value that fails validation (`an`, `beneficiar`, `judet`, `program`). The offending field is in `detalii`.
422	fara_filtru	Give at least one filter (program/an/judet/beneficiar).
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
