This route accepts no query parameters.

How it behaves

Two sources, marked in sursa. Romanian branches (onrc_denumire) are registered at the Trade Register as separate companies, with their own tax ID and no field linking them to the parent; the link is made by name ("BANCA TRANSILVANIA SA CLUJ SUCURSALA BUZAU" → "BANCA TRANSILVANIA SA"). Of 12,314 branches in the register, 6,079 are linked; the rest carry a name that no longer matches the parent (renamed or deregistered) or are ambiguous between namesake companies, and stay unlinked on purpose. Branches in other EU states (onrc_ue) come from the dedicated Trade Register file.
Most Romanian branches in the register are deregistered (8,224 of 12,314) — the list includes them, active ones first; stare tells them apart.

What it is for

The territorial network of a bank or insurer, with the status of each branch.
Finding out whether a partner has a presence in another county or EU country.
Linking a branch tax ID to the company answerable for it.

All fields below live inside data.

sucursale[].euid string | null The branch European Unique Identifier, where there is one.

sucursale[].cod_fiscal string | null The branch's own tax ID; for EU branches, as the Trade Register gives it (sometimes 0).

sucursale[].tara string | null The country the branch is in.

sucursale[].judet string | null The county of the branch office, for Romanian branches.

sucursale[].localitate string | null The locality of the branch office, for Romanian branches.

sucursale[].stare string | null The status of a Romanian branch, as an object (cod, denumire, categorie) — the same shape as for any company; null for EU branches.

sucursale[].sursa string onrc_denumire — Romanian branch linked by name; onrc_ue — branch in another EU state, declared as such by the Trade Register.

sucursale[].potrivire string | null For onrc_denumire: exact — only one company bears the name; probabil — namesake companies, picked by the city of the head office or as the only one not deregistered. null for onrc_ue.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
404	negasit	The company with tax ID [{cui}] was not found.
422	validare	The route takes no parameters apart from `lang`: any other parameter returns 422 instead of being ignored.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
