This route accepts no query parameters.

How it behaves

in_procedura comes from the company's status in the ONRC register, not from the presence of a liquidator. A liquidator also appears in a voluntary dissolution — hundreds of thousands of struck-off companies have one — so persoane can be filled even when in_procedura is false.
What counts as insolvency proceedings: bankruptcy, insolvency, judicial reorganisation and the status "subject to Law no. 85/2014" (or the earlier laws: 85/2006, GEO 91/2013, 64/1995). Mergers and divisions — also "reorganisations" in the ONRC nomenclature — are not insolvency.

Finding out who to address in a proceeding: liquidator or judicial administrator.
A signal to stop credit deliveries to a company in proceedings.
Completing a claim file with the insolvency practitioner's details.

in_procedura boolean The company is in insolvency proceedings: bankruptcy, insolvency, judicial reorganisation, or subject to the insolvency law. It comes from the ONRC status, not from the people.

persoane[] object[] The liquidators and judicial administrators linked to the company. They also appear after a voluntary liquidation.

persoane[].id integer The internal ID of the person; unlocks /persoane/{id}/firme.

persoane[].nume string The name — for practitioners, usually a professional firm (SPRL, IPURL).

persoane[].rol string|null The role: liquidator, judicial liquidator, judicial administrator.

persoane[].localitate string|null The locality.

persoane[].judet string|null The county.

persoane[].sursa string|null The data source.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs

404	negasit	The company with tax ID [{cui}] was not found.
422	validare	The route takes no parameters apart from `lang`: any other parameter returns 422 instead of being ignored.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
