Invoice skeleton

The company's details pre-filled in the shape e-Factura expects: name, tax ID, registration number, address, VAT standing. It goes straight into building an invoice.

Query parameters

This route accepts no query parameters.

How it behaves

Returns the company's data shaped for an invoice header (supplier or client): name, tax ID, headquarters, VAT. It pairs naturally with the e-Invoicing module, which builds the CIUS-RO XML.

What it is for

Pre-filling an invoice header with the partner's official data.
Feeding the e-Invoicing module directly, which expects exactly this shape.
Cutting typing errors when billing data is entered by hand.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
404	negasit	Company [{cui}] not found.
422	validare	The route takes no parameters apart from `lang`: any other parameter returns 422 instead of being ignored.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
