Numbering operators

A code list: the licence holders, with how many blocks and how many numbers each of them holds.

Query parameters

This route accepts no query parameters.

How it behaves

Volumes are allocated resource, not subscribers. An operator can hold millions of numbers without using them — do not read this list as market share.
Names are exactly as ANCOM writes them, with diacritics and legal form ("VODAFONE ROMANIA S.A."). For your own matching, use the diacritic-free form.

What it is for

Filling an operator dropdown with the exact names from the ANCOM register instead of hand-typed variants.
Normalising your own "operator" column to the official licence-holder name.
Market analysis on allocated resource: who holds the most numbers, and how much of it is mobile versus fixed.

blocuri integer Câte blocuri de numerotație deține.

numere integer Câte numere însumează blocurile lui.

blocuri_mobil integer Din care blocuri de numere mobile.

blocuri_fix integer Din care blocuri de numere fixe.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
422	validare	The route takes no parameters apart from `lang`: any other parameter returns 422 instead of being ignored.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
