The reverse lookup: which number ranges a licence holder received, paginated, optionally by type and numbering domain.

How it behaves

The blocks are sorted by first number and paginated 100 at a time (500 per page at most).
The blocks are the initial allocation, not the numbers held today: a number ported to another operator stays in the block of the one that received it.
Numbers carry no leading 0, like fara_prefix in the analysis; a single-position block is a short number (1922).

What it is for

The reverse lookup: which number ranges an operator received, to check a list of numbers in bulk without one request per number.
Building a local prefix routing table for a given operator.
Analysing the resource allocated to an operator by type (mobile versus landline) or by domain.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
404	negasit	No operator has the requested slug. The slugs are in `/telecom/v1/operatori`.
422	validare	`tip` or `domeniu` has a value that is not allowed.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
