How it behaves

The territorial assignment comes from Government Decision 1217/2023 (Official Gazette 1102/2023), issued under art. 42(2) of Law 304/2022 — the act that establishes which localities fall in each district court's jurisdiction. It is not published as a dataset; it is the annex to a piece of legislation.
jurisdictii is a LIST, not an object with fixed keys: institutions get added over time, and a fixed-key shape would change the contract with every addition. Filter with ?domeniu=.
nivel says how precise the jurisdiction is: uat = established per locality by the legislation (the hard-to-obtain part), judet = the county's institution, localitate = an assignment finer than the unit (Bucharest's districts). temei gives the act, so you can cite the source.
The prosecutor's office is not stored separately: the act treats it together with the court, and its name invariably follows the pattern Parchetul de pe lângă <court>.

Routing cases automatically to the competent court, without a hand-maintained table.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
404	negasit	No administrative unit exists for the given SIRUTA code.
422	validare	A parameter failed validation (`domeniu`); `detalii` says which and why.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
