PNDR funds of an administrative unit

The rural development projects the unit attracted: how many, the contracted and paid value, by measure. These funds do not appear in the general grant listings.

How it behaves

  • These are strictly rural development funds (AFIR / PNDR), not all European funds — hence the route name fonduri-pndr. For a global fund search there is business/v1/fonduri/*, which rests on a different dataset, resolved only down to county level.
  • pe_status is the one telling the truth, not sumar. Projects marked InEvaluare and NeSelectat have, by their nature, zero contracted: they are applications submitted, not money received. A total read without status would make a commune look funded for sums that were in fact rejected.
  • Roughly half the source's entries have no status, measure or year filled in — they appear as fara_status / necunoscut and are counted in sumar.fara_clasificare. Their sums are real; only the classification is missing from the source. We neither hide them inside a total nor assign them an invented category.
  • The link to the territory is made on the source's SIRUTA code, which is sometimes the unit's and sometimes that of a locality within it — the query covers both.

What it is for

  • Seeing how much rural development funding a commune attracted, and under which measures.
  • Comparing absorption between units — who actually contracted and who merely applied.
  • Finding the beneficiaries in a territory, with the project and the contracted sum.

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
