Jurisdictions of a locality — resolved to its administrative unit, unless the act assigns the locality itself

A locality's jurisdictions. Where the act assigns the locality itself, that is used; otherwise it falls back to its unit, and the answer says which one it resolved on.

How it behaves

  • Jurisdiction is established at unit level, so a locality inherits it from its commune or town — except where the act assigns the locality itself (Bucharest's districts), in which case the locality-level row takes precedence.
  • The assignment comes from Government Decision 1217/2023, issued under art. 42(2) of Law 304/2022. nivel and temei say how precise each entry is and which act it comes from.

What it is for

  • Starting from the locality in the address rather than from the unit — it resolves upwards on its own.
  • Finding the competent court for a Bucharest district, where jurisdiction is set per district.

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
