Energy balance nomenclature

Every code list of this zone in a single response — resources with their units, the 27 balance elements, the 19 industrial activities, the power plant categories, the fuels and the energy products — plus the carriers and the origins.

They come together because none of them can be inferred from the others: each family has a different dimension, and the same code list appears across three carriers, in different units.

This route accepts no query parameters.

How it behaves

Every nomenclature in the area in a single response: the 14 primary resources with their units, the 27 balance elements, the 19 industrial activities, the power plant categories, the fuels and the energy products — plus the carriers and origins.
They are given together because none can be assumed from another: each family has a different dimension, and the same nomenclature appears across three carriers, in different units.
Wherever nivel appears, it separates the total published by the source from the components and from the "of which" sub-items — which do not add up across each other.

What it is for

Find the right slug before requesting a series, instead of guessing it.
See which units each primary resource is published in.
Check what is a total and what is an "of which", so nothing is counted twice.

data.proveniente[] array Where the resource comes from: domestic production, imports, stock.

data.proveniente[].provenienta string total, productie, import, stoc_initial.

data.resurse[] array Resource categories, with the unit of measure and the year range they appear in.

data.resurse[].resursa string Slugul resursei primare.

data.resurse[].um string Unitatea — o resursă apare de mai multe ori, câte o dată pentru fiecare unitate în care e publicată.

data.elemente[] array Balance elements (inputs, transformations, final consumption), with the year range.

data.elemente[].element string Slugul elementului de balanţă.

data.activitati[] array The industrial branches consumption is published for, with the year range.

data.activitati[].activitate string Slugul activităţii industriale.

data.centrale[] array Power plant categories, with their level in the hierarchy.

data.centrale[].nivel string total sau categorie.

data.combustibili[] array Fuels used in power plants, with their level in the hierarchy.

data.combustibili[].nivel string total, component sau din_care — ultimul e lignitul, cuprins în cărbuni.

data.produse_energetice[] array The energy products used in the independence calculation, with their hierarchy level.

data.produse_energetice[].produs string Slugul produsului energetic.

data.*[].nivel Depth in the hierarchy. It matters: the lists look flat but contain totals and subtotals; summing everything double-counts.

data.*[].de_la The first year the category appears at INS.

data.*[].pana_la The last year it appears. A category can disappear from the nomenclature at a revision.

meta.sursa string The INS dataset the nomenclature comes from.

meta.nota_niveluri string The hierarchy explanation and the double-counting warning.

Error codes

Code	Slug	When it occurs
401	neautentificat	Token missing, invalid, expired or revoked.
403	feature_indisponibil	The current plan does not include the feature the route depends on.
422	validare	The route takes no parameters apart from `lang`: any other parameter returns 422 instead of being ignored.
429	cota_depasita	The plan's monthly quota has been exceeded (see `Retry-After`).

All errors share the same shape. eroare.cod is stable and is the value you should branch on in code — not the text in mesaj, which may change.
